UN Special Rapporteur: Indigenous Peoples Rights - Paperback / softback

This publication is a result of a dialogue on the situation of human rights and fundamental freedoms of indigenous peoples. It recommends best practices to the Human Rights Council and to the office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. Recommendations are also aimed at indigenous peoples and their organizations so they can collaborate more effectively and draw more benefits.

Lola Garca-Alix is the human rights coordinator of IWGIA. Marie Lger is the coordinator of indigenous peoples rights for the Rights and Democracy organization.
