Product description
This first-of-its-kind resource shows how to cultivate trust and build solid connections with customers, colleagues, and partners in today’s hyper globalized, digitized work world

Even as business operations spread across hemispheres and cultures at a frantic pace, teams are increasingly expected to be aligned, unified, and exceptionally productive.

While most managers and HR departments view this as a major obstacle, the authors of Forging Bonds in a Global Workforce see the situation as a huge opportunity. In this unique guide, they provide the skills and strategies for leveraging commonalities and vulnerabilities—the keys to truly relating with others—to develop strong relationships with people of different cultures and backgrounds. The authors explain how such relationships connect with the larger organization and result in greater collaboration, ingenuity, creativity, and retention.
