The author explains methods that he has successfully used to simulate multi-wire transmission line signal propagation; provides explanations that enhance students' understanding of propagation and crosstalk; and uses mathematical algorithms for their numerical evaluation. He also describes design methods for reducing
crosstalk between traces on a multi-layered circuit board. Numerous exercises, hints, problems, and computer code illustrate each of the algorithms developed and encourage the reader to
